Our helpdesk is available for everyone in your team to contact via email, telephone or the nicetouch app on their device. UK hours, 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Remote and on-site
Our tools enable us to resolve most issues remotely, but if if you're in our on-site coverage area and the issue calls for it, we'll send someone over to you at no extra cost.
Proactive remediation
Our lightweight monitoring agent installed on your devices alerts us to any device health issues, enabling us to fix problems automatically, before you notice them.

Every company has its own unique environment and processes. As part of our onboarding and moving forward, we'll produce thorough documentation and share this with you, to help both us and you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Endpoint security (MDR)
Continuous monitoring and threat response for your devices. If something suspicious happens, our security team investigates and takes action.
Web protection
A lightweight agent that blocks access to malicious and inappropriate websites before they cause harm.
Identity protection (ITDR)
Monitors for signs that Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts have been compromised or are being misused. Catches credential theft and suspicious login activity before it becomes a breach.
Email security & authentication

Onboarding & offboarding

Cloud backup

Regular business reviews
We schedule an annual business review for all clients as standard (quarterly for companies of 50+ users). We'll review your services, what's going well, identify any areas for improvement and work with you to define measurable IT objectives for the coming period.
Monthly reporting
You'll get our high-level monthly reports sent over to whoever needs them. If there are any metrics that are particularly relevant to your team, just let us know and we'll include these as part of your custom report.
