What's included in the plan?
Everything listed above comes as standard with our core plan. We've built this plan to include the essential IT services that all businesses need to stay secure, supported and running smoothly.
Is there a minimum number of users?
We typically work with businesses of 10+ users, but if you're below that and think we'd be a good fit for you then please get in touch - we'd love to chat and learn more about your business.
How quickly can we get started?
We can usually onboard a new client within two weeks. We'll work with you to find a suitable period to deploy our tools and get everything up and running.
Do you offer co-managed IT services?
Yes, we can work with your existing IT team/manager to provide our capabilities and resources, freeing up their time to focus on other things. If you're interested in working with with us, please get in touch so we can discuss further!
What if I need something that isn't included?
We can absolutely help with any IT requirements that are not included in the core plan, since they might not be relevant to every business. This includes things like office network support, server support hardware procurement, migrations, and one-off projects. We'll talk through what you need on our first call, and add things on from there.
What is the commitment term?
Our standard term is two years, with a 6-month break clause to ensure you're happy with our service. We can offer longer term contracts with fixed pricing, or shorter term arrangements, depending on your situation and preferences.
What if we already have an IT setup?
That's fine — most of our clients do. While you'll get the best value and experience by using our recommended services, we appreciate that you might be tied into a long-term contract or have internal dependencies so we can be flexible. We'll review what you've got, keep what's working, and improve what isn't.
Is there a setup/onboarding cost?
Yes, there's a one-off onboarding fee to get you up and running. This covers things like setting up your devices, configuring your security, and making sure everything's working properly from day one. We'll give you a clear quote for this after our first call, based on the size of your team and your current setup.
