Our background

We're a founding team of three IT guys who've each spent the best part of two decades helping businesses get the most out of their technology.

Between us, we've worked in-house at fast-growing tech businesses, supported agencies and startups through rapid scaling, and helped companies across all industries navigate the shift from dusty server rooms to modern cloud platforms and remote working. We know what good IT looks like, and have seen the impact that bad IT can have on productivity and security.

Why we started

We're building nicetouch because we care about doing things properly. We've designed our service offerings from the ground up, making sure they're secure, scalable and pleasant to use. We've always cherished the thrill of doing 'a lovely bit of IT' and the satisfaction of partnering with a business and transforming their IT setup.

The nice touches

The name came from our belief that the little things make all the difference. Branded login screens, laptops that are ready to go out of the box and small automations that save you time. We think the small details matter.

Our mission

We've worked on both sides of the fence - as internal IT and external providers - and we know what a good user experience looks like. We want to build teams, services and client relationships that we can be genuinely proud of.

Platform agnostic

IT companies are typically Windows by default, or Mac specialists. We have extensive experience in supporting and managing both and put equal care and attention into each, for a consistently delightful user experience.

Clear & simple

It's frustrating when companies aren't clear on what they do or how much it costs. We make things straightforward at each step along the way, from our pricing and service definitions to every support interaction with your team.

Security by default

Security is baked into everything we do as standard. Our approach is pragmatic: industry-leading tools, minimising risk through best practices, and helping your team understand why it matters.

Prevention > cure

We'd rather spend our time getting things right than constantly putting out fires. That means setting up systems properly from the start and fixing small issues before they become big ones, saving time, stress and money.

We track and measure relevant metrics across all of our services, and share this with you in our monthly reports. Because it's much easier to make good decisions when you can see what's happening.
